High-pressure spraying units are designed for applying two-component compositions by spraying on any surface. The equipment is equipped with high-pressure hoses and a spray gun.
Airless mixing under high pressure. The components pass through special pumps and enter the gun at a pressure of more than 100 atmospheres (bar), where mixing takes place in a special mixing chamber with a diameter of about 1 mm. Mixing takes place without the participation of air only due to the high pressure and small volume of the mixing chamber, which guarantees high-quality mixing of the material, improves the flow of the chemical reaction and reduces material consumption by 10%. Spraying is carried out only due to the high pressure under which the material is located, as in high-pressure car washes.
